The only other issues, though minor, is they advertise black out curtains. That being said, the property is beautiful and all the staff we encountered were so nice.
However, when we returned to the room, we found that Housekeeping had left some of their cleaning supplies, dirty microfiber cloths, etc, in the room. The next day at Housekeepings normal clean time, we finally got the situation resolved. We returned around midnight and the dirty towels were still there. At 9pm we left the room, while leaving the 'service' sign lit at the front door. They apologized and said they would be 'right up' to take care of it. However, once we made our way into the bathroom, we found that our towels were not stocked, as they left the previous residents dirty stained towels in the bathroom! I called Housekeeping on the in room phone and explained the situation to them. We made our way to the Strip View Center Suite and it was spacious and beautiful. We checked in at the VIP desk and the staff were wonderful. I have been coming to Vegas a couple of times a year for the last 20 years and have stayed at various properties.
